Between art, intuition and inner exploration, this workshop invites you to enter into a living process of creation, transformation and reconnection with your deepest source.
A space for free and guided creation, designed as a path back to yourself.
A space to explore, let go, feel, experience and express — with your hands, shapes and colours.
And perhaps, gently, open doors that have remained closed...
METHOD & PRACTICE
Matter or fluidity, monochrome or colour, intensity or effacement, projections or withdrawals, tools or hands, materials or concept, thickness or lightness…
We will be encouraged to use a wide range of artistic means, methods and practices to express our connection to our source and our own capacity for personal expression.
Through colour, form and gesture, you will be invited to express what seeks to emerge within you — without judgement, without expectation of ‘beauty’, but with presence and clarity.
Serious supervision
Each day is structured to support the process:
Before each session:
– Gentle energy cleansing & guided body grounding (breathing, simple movements, visualisation)
– Creative work:
Alternating between guided activities (by theme, material, mixed techniques) and moments of free creation, in silence or with music.
End of session:
Integration + release (deep breathing, grounding ritual, return to oneself)
Very small groups for each course. This setting allows for both freedom of movement and inner security, so that everyone can vibrate in their own way in their creation.

What do I propose
We will not be ‘learning to paint’ in the academic sense, nor will we be practising formal therapy.
This course is a space for personal exploration through art, where every gesture, every colour and every shape becomes a gateway to the self.

Mon experience
I am a professional painter, and for several years now, I have been leading workshops combining art, presence and awareness.
Ever since childhood, I have perceived things differently.
My relationship with the world is marked by a keen awareness of the invisible, a subtle reading of states of mind and being, which I have learned to channel through years of experience but also through in-depth training in quantum therapies and connections to subtle worlds with renowned therapists such as Stéphane Drouet, Anne Givaudan, and Yann Lipnick.
I put this innate awareness, this natural feeling, this ability to channel, at the service of a clear, supportive, caring and respectful framework.
Within this framework, I do not ‘heal’. I do not ‘correct’.
I accompany, I guide, I hold the space so that you can allow yourself to create differently — perhaps more deeply, more intuitively, more freely.

A process of expression for therapeutic purposes
During this workshop, you will discover your true self. You will give yourself permission to bring out and embrace all the beauty that lies within you.
This Connection course offers an artistic, physical and intuitive approach to self-expression.
It is not ‘therapy’ in the academic sense. And yet… what is experienced here often touches on sensitive, profound areas that we do not always dare to name.

Connection is an invitation to blossom, to dare to express yourself without expecting results, to reveal what lies dormant or seeks to take shape through you at the crossroads of art, intuition and inner transformation.
This course is neither an art training nor an art therapy course. It is a space for exploration through creation, in which I guide you through concrete, progressive and powerful proposals.
No matter your ‘level’ in art, the important thing is to let go and allow yourself to be surprised.
Just as an inspired artist draws creativity from the flow of intuitive and subtle energies, this course gently and pedagogically leads you to connect with your essence and express it through your artistic creation.
Depending on your internship date:
– Saturday, 8 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
– Thursday, 19 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
– Saturday, 7 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy together on site…
Day 1-2-4: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Day 3: Half day 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Schedule:
Morning 2 hours including:
– 30 minutes: Self-reflection, activation of our vital energies, connection to our source, mindfulness, mental and emotional preparation
– 1 hour 30 minutes: Guided and supported artistic practice
1 hour 30 minute lunch break
Afternoon: 2 hours, including:
– 1.5 hours: Intuitive preparation, creative visualisation, free but guided artistic practice
– 30 minutes: Relaxation, emotional grounding, full anchoring and rooting.
Day 3*: Your free afternoon will be a time for rest, which is very useful for integrating the emotions that have emerged and maintaining a sense of well-being until the end of the course.
*Optional: time in the health and wellness area (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Massage by reservation). Additional cost applies.

Frequently asked questions
→ Do I need to know how to draw or paint?
Not at all. This course does not require any technical prerequisites. It is not about creating something ‘beautiful’, but about expressing, liberating and feeling.
→ Is it a form of therapy?
No. It is not art therapy in the medical sense, but it can become therapy through art depending on your personal perception…
However, the approach is profoundly transformative and can act as a process of healing, awareness or liberation.
I am there to guide, support and secure the space, with respect for everyone.
→ Will I have to ‘open up’ in front of the group?
No. You are free to talk about your experiences or not.
Speaking times are suggested but never imposed. The important thing is that you are able to follow your own path, at your own pace. It is not about invading someone’s privacy, but allowing them to express themselves through their art.
→ What equipment should I bring?
Along with your payment receipt, you will be sent a non-exhaustive list of materials.
‘Bring a smock or clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on.’

Deliberately and ideally limited to a very small number of participants, this course respects everyone’s personal space and privacy…
Yes. You can come back to me to share your feedback and discuss what is happening for you. I will be available to listen and support you if you feel the need. You will not be left without resources after your internship.

In the event of cancellation on your part, all payments made will be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to the course date. If the course is cancelled, all registrations will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be made if cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the course date.

- 1 cheque for the remaining 50% of the course fee made payable to ‘L’atelier de peinture Vilcaz’ and cashed at the end of the course.
- Or a bank transfer for the full amount. (bank details available on request)
