Imminent departure in Provençal country
The birthplace of Jean Giono, a place of unlimited inspiration for painters since Van Gogh, Cezanne, Matisse and so many others... Provence has always attracted lovers of art and nature.
A pretty village perched on the lavender route, just 20 minutes from Manosque on one side and Sisteron on the other, Forcalquier is home to the Lubéron and its Natural Park.
Like the Impressionists in their day, we'll be exploring the most beautiful Provençal landscapes, the heady scents of lavender fields and Provençal farmhouses lined with olive trees.

Camping tables for working in comfort provided free of charge. Armchairs and chairs to be brought individually.

Discovering water, learning to manage it, letting it flow, with real wet-on-wet work.
Learn how to mix colours, get to know your palette and make the most of it to create luminous, transparent shades and tints.
Fluide et dynamique
An approach to light, fluid yet dynamic watercolours, shadows and light, how to capture contrasts, learning how to create a balanced composition, making a success of your watercolour with a good rough sketch…
These are just some of the parameters needed to produce a beautiful, transparent and harmonious watercolour.
Capture beauty
During this watercolour course in Provence, you’ll learn how to approach and capture the beauty of a landscape, to capture the emotion of a place, its smells and its colours.
This is what we will be learning throughout this course, which is designed to be friendly and welcoming, where everyone can express themselves at their own pace, at their own level, and with respect for everyone else.

Hosting « Le Relais d'Elle »
The ‘Le Relais’ bed and breakfast welcomes you to a typically Provençal setting, pleasant and spacious, with a swimming pool and relaxation treatments for your well-being, where you can choose to stay in a triple or single room, depending on your budget.
There's no doubt that you'll fall in love with this Provencal farmhouse, decorated with taste and attention to detail, where the hum of the cicadas will wake you up each morning to enjoy a masterly breakfast of lavender honey, rosemary and homemade jams...
Full board is provided from the evening meal on Sunday (when the trainees arrive) to breakfast on Friday morning, when the trainees leave.
Board includes 5 nights' accommodation, 5 breakfasts, 5 dinners, 4 lunches and breaks during the course.
Accompanying persons are welcome, and will only have to pay the board price (only possible for single rooms).

Repayment conditions
In the event of cancellation on your part, all payments made will be refunded in full, up to 30 days before the course date. If the course is cancelled, all registrations will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be made if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the course date.
