Exhibition Vilcaz

Exhibition Château Ste Foy d'Anthé 47
20th Sept to 05 October 2025
‘Intimate’ could well be the theme of this exhibition...both in terms of the careful selection of works that will be presented there, and the powerful and imposing intimate alcove that surrounds us in this protective castle...
Subjects never before explored that take us back to the intimate, to the heart of Being, to its interiority, its path, even to childhood...
An exhibition in a place where pieces of history are revealed, as well as those of a story, that of the artist's life... which we discover through the works, through unusual colours, a new approach, a harmony of confidential, singular beauty, not only visible to the eye, but almost whispered into our ears...
Not to be missed!

It is in this historic location, in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, that the Château de Sainte-Foy d’Anthé stands proudly, with eight centuries of history behind it.
Built in the 13th century, this medieval fortified castle combines authenticity and architectural elegance. Its majestic towers offer breathtaking views of the Lot valley and surrounding hills, while its vaulted rooms with exposed stonework create an atmosphere where time seems to stand still.
The surrounding park, a veritable green oasis, is home to century-old trees and French gardens that add to the nobility of the place. As you can see, this is an exceptional setting for an exhibition that harmoniously combines medieval heritage and contemporary creation.
