That’s why I always work with small subgroups of a same level, helping them to progress freely in a total secure way amid other same level students…

Neither need to know how to draw, or to have participated to other practicing courses before you join the class. Your are enthousiastic, open learning mind and trusting, then let things fit and everything just feels right…
Water and water colour or texture and oil on canvas ?...
Let’s discover water colour’ fluidity or oil on canvas’ energy in “Alla prima” technique…
The student in water colour as much as the one in oil on canvas, will develop his own creativiy as much as his skills by learning how to use the fundamentals of the medium, the mixing of colours, and the knowledge of coloured pigments (cadmiums, binders…). Together, we will learn how to use the chiaroscuro, the light and shadows, and so many other things…

In my art classes, I’m trying to be as much attentive as possible to each one, helping me to catch each one’s difficulty, as well as each one’s significant propensity to develop…
Adapt myself to each one
Adapt myself as much to beginners who need my particular regard, as well as to advanced ones who need a larger autonomy, is how I use my long teaching experience to adapt myself with a long-time planned pedagogy.
Painting on Site
All the painting work is exclusively in time course, with subjects adapted to each level...
In small groups if the weather is good, we will go and paint our beautiful nature.
Paint Provence and its lavenders, sailing boats in Bretany or Oleron or fruits and flowers in South Aquitaine, but always in real subject. No work on pictures, exclusively a lively painting work...
First of all the drawing
Both beginners and confirmed, will practice drawing and painting. The ones will discover the rudiments of the drawing, and the others will reinforce their learning...
We will illustrate the key points as the lines,, the proportions, the basics of composition, and so on...
Adapted materials
All the materials and equipment are at your disposal to give you a working confort on camping seats and tables, sunshades...no bad back position, no sitting on the floor...eveything is confortably organised.....
Regarding the painting matérials, a complete list is sent to you once your inscription is confirmed...

Toutes les chambres d’hôtes qui accueillent mes stages sont soigneusement sélectionnées afin de proposer aux stagiaires les meilleures conditions possibles.
Elles ont toutes signé une charte garante des bonnes conditions de leur accueil et de la qualité du séjour qu’elles proposent.
Tous ces lieux ont préalablement accueilli plusieurs saisons de stage, vous pourrez donc y dormir…les yeux fermés ! 😉

En venant à mes stages, vous êtes assuré·e de trouver tout le confort nécessaire pour votre hébergement.
Que vous soyez en chambre partagée ou en chambre individuelle, vous bénéficierez de votre propre espace personnel.
Tout personne accompagnante est la bienvenue (uniquement possible pour les chambres individuelles). Elle devra simplement s’acquitter du prix de la pension.
Before
Let’s join us by train, bus, plane or carpool
I personally propose carpool to people who would be on my way to the course, and if you come by train, I can collect you at the railway station on my way.
During the courses
On place, we take our cars in carpool to go on the painting sites, and after the course, anybody is free to make tourism, have sea bath or any activity…
May you be with or without a car, we take care to organize ourselves so that you can have your freetime the way you need...
Tasty and homemade food
Each guesthouse cooks its own home made and balanced meals, in individual plates.
Make sure you are going to enjoy all your meals !

Regular breaks
During your day, tea and coffee breaks are proposed, and picnic moment for the lunch in a friendly ambiance.
Make a painting course, is as much a moment of pure fun to paint beautiful landscapes or nice flowers, as a moment of personal gratification, happiness and good spirit.
